Kaitiaki

WALT- be Kaitiaki of Papatuanuku.

In our school we have a competition to see which class has the most litter-less lunches. In our class we have been working really hard to make sure that we don't have any single use plastic in our lunch boxes.
Taonga Class won and we were rewarded with a yummy fruit basket from Coopers Beach 4 Square!

Reflection-
2 stars- We liked that most of the class have litter-less lunches and that we have all been working hard to have no plastic in our lunches.
1 wish- We want our whole class to have plastic free lunch boxes all the time.

Question-
How are you Kaitiaki at your school?

  2. Hi, we are Room 1 from Papakura Central School. We really like how you are keeping Papatuanuku clean by having no plastic or rubbish in your lunch boxes. We call it nude food at our school and we have won before. When we win we get the nude food ladybird or cricket. Hopefully we will win again so we can share some photos too. We hope that you keep up with your liter less lunches. We are excited to look through your blogs and share our learning with you.
